Members with benefits other than listed above, please contact NGP by clicking here or call 800-344-9016. If no action is taken Members with ONLY Lincoln Term Life and/or Hartford STD will have their deductions rejected and returned to the company. Members with Lincoln Term Life and/or Hartford STD IN ADDITION to active Aflac plans or Lincoln Accident/CI benefits will ALL be remitted to Aflac or Lincoln Accident/CI, even if the member intended to pay for Hartford STD and Lincoln Term Life, due to Paylogix’s inability to process refunds. Refunds will be issued directly from Continental/Aflac or Lincoln Voluntary Division. Members with Aflac, Lincoln Accident and Lincoln Critical incident will remain on “Flushing” or “Empire” direct deposit. Instructions on direct deposit will be posted soon.
