The company just made us aware of this update, an important change to StaywellRx.

Instead of team members going to Accolade to request StayWellRX, they must now go through CVS Caremark.

There is a form they must complete, and it is located on my.aa.com, link below.

The plan remains the same and covered medications for Diabetes, Asthma, and High Blood Pressure remain the same.

Team members must re-enroll every 12 months to keep StaywellRX. If they are already enrolled, they don't have to do anything now, but new enrollees must go through CVS Caremark and when it is time to renew for team members already on it.
