Subject: VOLUNTARY BENEFITS ENROLLMENT UPDATE: 

Dear TWU [Local 567 Member],

Our records indicate that you have enrolled in at least one Voluntary Union Benefit during the recent open enrollment period.  Now that the open enrollment period has concluded,on December 5th, 2025, you will need to establish your JetNetDirect Deposit by December 29th, 2025.

Instructions to access the Paylogix Pay Portal

Once you have registered on that Paylogix Portal, you will then have access to your routing number, your unique account number, your specific account details, and the breakdown as well as the total deduction amount to establish your Direct Deposit in JetNet.
The total deduction information will all then be found on the direct deposit payment authorization form under the AutoPay tab.

This week our plan administrator, Employee Family Protection (EFP), will also be sending you a personalized email with your unique account number, bank routing number, and the total deduction amount to enter into JetNet.
Make sure to check your spam folder.

It will be essential that you set up your new Direct Deposit in JetNet beginning the week of December 15th, 2025, but no later than December 29th, 2025.
REMINDER - If you have not completed your new Direct Deposit by Monday, December 29th, 2025, the coverage(s) you elected during the Open Enrollment period will not be effective January 1st, 2026, and therefore you will not have those coverage(s).
