Subject: TWU VOLUNTARY BENEFITS ENROLLMENT UPDATE:
Dear TWU Local 567 members,
For Members that have enrolled in at least one of the TWU Voluntary Union Benefits during the recent open enrollment period. Now that the open enrollment period has concluded, on December 5th, 2025, we wanted to provide you with information on what comes next.
The next phase of ensuring each member who elected new benefits with our plan administer, Employee Family Protection (EFP), has coverage effective January 1st, 2026, is to establish your Payroll Direct Deposit in JetNet.
Starting Next Week
Due to company payroll processing timeframes, you will receive the instructions, registration information, and bank routing numbers early next week. Experience has shown us that if Members update the premium payment and bank routing numbers in JetNet before Monday, December 15th, 2025, a premium payment would likely happen before the 1stof January, which would then require a premium refund later down the line. To minimize the possibility of our Members having premium payments deducted from their paychecks too soon, we are arranging for the instructions to be sent out starting Monday, December 15th, 2025.
In those instructions starting Monday, December 15th, you will find how to:
- Stop your existing JetNet direct deposit deductions for the previous Lincoln plans (Banorp).
- Start your new Direct Deposit with the new Third-Party Administrator (TPA), Paylogix.
- Instructions on how to register on the Paylogix Pay Portal.
Once you have registered on that Paylogix Portal, you will have access to your unique routing number, your account number, your account details, and the total deduction amount to establish your Direct Deposit in JetNet.
It will be essential that you set up your new Direct Deposit in JetNet beginning the week of December 15th, 2025, but no later than December 29th, 2025.
REMINDER — If you have not completed your new Direct Deposit by Monday, December 29th, 2025, the coverage(s) you elected during the Open Enrollment period will not be effective January 1st, 2026, and therefore you will not have those coverage(s).
Please look for emails with the instructions beginning the week of December 15th, 2025.
If you have any questions or need help with this process, please contact our plan administrator, Employee Family Protection (EFP) at (844) 606-0524.
In Solidarity,
Your TWU Local 567 Benefits Team
