We’re updating how team members represented by TWU-IAM and covered by the M&R and MLS
agreements receive notifications from Bidding Hub. Effective Jan. 20, 2026, all bid-related
notifications will be sent from a new vendor, Electronic Communication Service. To avoid disruption,
ensure the phone number 96828 is not blocked to receive notifications.
This update will not change the content or timing of notifications. Team members will continue to
receive timely bid updates, simply from a new source.
Opt-in for SMS messaging updates
To receive updates, you must opt-in to SMS messaging through your
Bidding Hub profile. Your cell phone must have SMS capabilities
enabled to receive notifications.
You can opt-out any time by texting STOP to 96828 or by updating your
preferences in Bidding Hub. If you opt-out, you’ll continue receiving
updates and notifications through your company email.
