As more travelers return to the airport for summer, it’s imperative that we care for our customers and ensure they have a smooth travel experience. For many local customers, that experience begins in the DFW parking garages. That’s why, we, along with our partners at DFW Airport, are notifying team members about employee parking restrictions in the terminal garages.
If you utilize terminal parking privileges, you are only allowed to park on the rooftops or the infield lots. Team members are not permitted to park in the DFW parking garages.
As you know, American Airlines team members, including Envoy, will transition back to the employee bus system in July when terminal garage parking expires on July 2 at 11 p.m. For more information on the parking transition, please reference the attached comms that were sent out last week.
