Thank you for sharing Texas AFL-CIO/ Tarrant AFL-CIO scholarship information with your members! Today we held our interviews with the students and we are awarding a student from your local!
Anuoluwa Omoyaiowo, member of Tempitope Omoyaiowo, is being awarded $1500 which she can apply for again next year as well.
We cannot tell you how proud we are of the students who interviewed today and hope that you will be able to attend our May 30th Jim Wright Golf Tournament at 12pm for the award ceremony. The Jim Wright Golf Tournament is the pathway in which we fund these scholarships each year to students of union members. More information is in the attached brochure.
