    JAVITS DECISION

The TWU-IAM Association today announced that Neutral Joshua Javits issued his final integrated seniority lists for the Mechanic and Related, Fleet Service and Stores work groups at American Airlines.

The final lists are the completion of an investigation Neutral Javits conducted regarding protests of the initial seniority lists, issued on December 27, 2016. The final integrated seniority lists show all seniority dates amended as a result of that protest process.

Neutral Javits considered over 1,600 protests from approximately 1,700 employees. Each protester will receive a letter from Neutral Javits explaining the determination of his or her protest.

These seniority lists will become effective upon ratification of the Joint Collective Bargaining Agreements. View all final integrated seniority lists, Neutral Javits’ memo and the updated former TWA Seniority by Station Title/Group Matrix below.

  • HAPPY VETERANS DAY
    Updated On: Nov 10, 2019

    TWU 567 Veterans:

As we approach Veterans Day on November 11, let us all remember the sacrifices and service of our military veterans and take a moment on Veterans Day to thank a veteran for their service. Let us honor the scores of courageous men and women who have served in the United States Military both at home and abroad to protect against threats to our liberty and our way of life throughout our nation’s history. And let us never forget that these patriots willingly and bravely embraced the many sacrifices that come with such noble service.

Because of your commitment to duty, Americans and countless others around the world have been afforded precious freedoms and safety – and for this, our military members will always be revered as heroes.

We also must thank the family members and loved ones of every Service Member who have shared in the sacrifices necessary to protect and serve our country. Each of these families played a vital and special role in supporting our military men and women as they held firm against enemies and dangers all around the globe throughout our history.

To all U.S. Military Veterans - we thank them for their selfless service, for their bravery, and for their sacrifice. We will forever cherish all they have done for us and our great nation.

    Thank you and be safe.
